When I saw this online this morning I immediately copied it and sent via email to one of my sons who despite being a health nut also drinks energy drinks from time-to-time prior to working out. This isn’t good news, friends.

According to the study, it can take as little as five days for these drinks to begin the process of eroding tooth enamel and it’s irreversible.See more about the study here
